Coffee Macaron


This is the 11th attempt: Coffee Macaron...very untidy feet. Look more like UFOs.....
Coffee Macaron
Ingredients
2 Tsp instant coffee powder
60gm almond powder
50gm egg white
100gm icing sugar
25gm castor sugar
Temp: 160c abt 18-20 mins
